here, sending to you Kind EFFI Smiles, Warm Guardian Greetings and
“news of Brave & Happy Things” as we enter this “Season of
Greetings”. I am writing to you today (with AMCC-MCEO-GA on “live-line”
with me...) to share with you some of the exciting new information the
AMCC-MCEO-GA has shared with me since our last workshop in August 2014.
As you may see by the in-depth information contained in this “Update
Letter”, AMCC-MCEO-GA have been sharing much new information with me
pertaining to their up-coming Krystal River™ Host Fail-Safe Mission
out-reach projects; they obviously have quite ambitious plans, and
schedule, for what they are calling “The Flow of the Unfolding” of the AMCC-MCEO-GA Krystal River™ Host Fail-
Safe Mission!
In
this 2014 Year-End Update Letter, the AMCC-MCEO-GA and I wish to
provide you an Update on current matters pertaining to AMCC-MCEO-GA
activities and programs, and also regarding status briefing on the
Planetary Templar, Cathedral Network and related Krystal River™ events.
There is “quite a bit of ground to cover” in this regard, since our
August 2014 workshop; and thankfully it is “all great Happy news”! To
simplify reading of this letter, after this introduction I will provide a
bulleted, sequential “Brave & Happy Things contents list” of topics
addressed in this letter, so that you may see “at a glance” the topics
covered here within, and their sequential placement within the
letter-text for easier itemized scrolling.
As is the case with all
AMCC-MCEO-GA™ Translations and Programs, and the new AMCC-MCEO-GA
information released in this 2014 Year-End Update Letter, these bodies
of works are presented by the AMCC- MCEO-GA and myself, as they have
always been, as a theoretical exploration into the possibilities of
human conscious evolution. Whether one chooses to view this information
in terms of practical spirituality (as I do), interesting theory or
educational fiction is completely a personal choice, and that choice is,
as always, respected.

understand that some of the most immediate “time-sensitive” questions
that may be present for some people are “Is there a December 20-22, 2014
live-stream workshop?” (Yes), and
if so, “What is it about?”, and “When, where, and how, can we
register”? To answer these questions quickly and easily, we have
provided a

for the December 20-22, 2014 Live-stream event - “Keylontic™ Discourses

We posted the Course Announcement and Registration and opened registrations on Sunday 12/14/2014, as soon as it was completed, so you would have as much time as possible to register before the 12/20 Live-stream begins. Registration will remain open throughout the KDDL Course™-Element-1 3- day Live-Stream event. I would have liked to post the “Course Announcement” with this “AMCC-MCEO-GA 2014

Update Letter”, but to do so would have delayed registration opening
even further, as this “Update” is long and has been time-consuming to
write! Sorry about the “short notice” for course description and
registration; we posted it as soon as I completed its translation.
• AMCC-MCEO-GA Physical Workshop Events Will Continue 2015+ - “A Happy Thing”
Since
1998 the AMCC-MCEO-GA have presented their information primarily
through the medium of physical gatherings and public workshop events, a
format that not only provided access to the “next level AMCC-MCEO- GA™
translations”, but also provided opportunity for like-minded people to
meet, participate in “Templar Grid Work” projects, enjoy social
activities, and engage fellowship. In respect to the AMCC-MCEO-GA
tradition of hosting physical gatherings, and in response to numerous
requests we’ve received for continuation of the “physical gatherings
tradition”, the ongoing ShiftMasters™ Series Immersion Retreat
physical-event workshop “Long-Courses” will continue, with 1 physical
event, approximately 7 days long, hosted by ARhAyas Productions once per
year.
ShiftMasters™ Course-2 Immersion/Course-3 Introduction is
tentatively scheduled for autumn 2015, and is likely to be held at a
Cathedral Complex-1 Florida location, potentially St. Petersburg
(Cathedral-1, Temple-4 region). ARhAyas Productions is currently
refining details on this event, and we will provide updates on site
location, venue selection and event logistics in summer 2015, as detail
refinement progresses. We have no “travel tours” planned for 2015 other
than the ShiftMasters™ Course-2 Immersion/Course-3 Introduction event
mentioned above.
Please note that ARhAyas Productions has chosen to
no longer host AMCC-MCEO-GA workshops in affiliation with the Discovery
Events/Learning Through Travel organizations, due to unresolved
circumstances pertaining to several previous events. We will provide
AMCC-MCEO-GA event update postings regarding physical workshops and

• KrystalbridgeWay™ Network & Site--1 Activation 12/20/2014-“A BIG HAPPY Thing”
One
of the most exciting “Happy Things” we have to share in this letter is
what the AMCC-MCEO-GA (aka “the Guardians”) have recently revealed
pertaining to the ongoing planetary Templar grid activations of the
Integral Bridge™, Cathedrals Complex and the Krystal River™ Fail-Safe
Host. This new Cathedral Templar information pertains to a set of (once)
“Secret Fail-Safe Sites” known to the AMCC-MCEO-GA as the
“Krystalbridge™ Network”. These sites were not “secret” to the
AMCC-MCEO-GA, as they are the ones that created these “Fail-Safe Stealth
Interface installations” for the purpose of “very special uses” in the
event that the Krystal River™ Host Fail-Safe was triggered on Earth.
The
“KrystalbridgeWay™ Files” have been on “KA-Crystal Disc Stealth-Code
Security Clearance” for eons. Only now that the Fail-Safe has been
triggered (8/2011) AND the first (of only 3) Primary KrystalbridgeWay™
Sites has initiated (9/1/2014) its pre-activation cycle are the
KrystalbridgeWay™ Files” becoming available for translation from the
KU’mA-yah Alhumbhra Crystal Discs. And it is only because
KrystalbridgeWay™ Site-1 has initiated its pre-activation cycle, (and
resultantly its corresponding “specialized Integral Bridge frequency
broadcasts” are now initiating in the planetary Templar), that the
AMCC-MCEO-GA can now enact their rapid “Up-Shift to EarthCync™ out-reach programs and “Up-Shift to Online Format “.
There
is much exciting information and practical EarthCync™ technologies to
discover regarding the AMCC- MCEO-GA KrystalbridgeWay™ Network,
KrystalbridgeWay™ Site-1, Krystalbridge Mid-Way Station Link-Sites and
the KrystalbridgeWay™ Files”. One of the “very special uses” and
unique, specialized characteristics of the
3 Primary KrystalbridgeWay™ Sites, global KrystalbridgeWay™ Network and Krystalbridge™ Mid-Way Station
Link-Sites,
is that these sites transmit a greater spectrum of Integral Bridge™
frequency blending and transduction, which allows for a greater range of
Bio-availability to Integral Bridge™ frequencies for the general
life-field of Net-Earth. The “Bio-availability to Integral Bridge™
frequencies” is a predominant factor as to what aspects/portions of the
Net-Earth life-field will be able to biologically engage and “hold
shield” within the Krystal River™ Fail-Safe Host.
For this reason of
“Integral Bridge™ Bio-availability”, and many more reasons, the 3
Primary KrystalbridgeWay™ Sites, and the global KrystalbridgeWay™
Network that they supply, are a very precious and necessary asset to the
Krystal River™ community. KrystalbridgeWay™ Site-1 (located within the Cathedral-1
Complex, FL grid set), which
initiated its pre-activation cycle 9/1/2014, is the only activated
Primary KrystalbridgeWay™ Site of the Primary 3; Primary Site-2, not in
the USA, will engage activation in 2018, and Primary Site-3 even later.
It is due to pre-activation of KrystalbridgeWay™ Site-1, and its
corresponding Krystalbridge™ Mid-Way Station Link-Site-1, that the
AMCC-MCEO-GA are now able to engage their Up-Shift to EarthCync™ out-reach programs within a “carrier-wave-field” that enables access to this greater-spectrum Bio- availability of Integral Bridge™ integration.
As

Link-Site-1, and the global KrystalbridgeWay™ Network engage first
activation December 20, 2014, the AMCC-MCEO-GA will begin dissemination

interested. Thanks to the “BIG HAPPY” of KrystalbridgeWay™ Site-1,
Krystalbridge Mid-Way Station Link-Site-1, and the global
KrystalbridgeWay™ Network activation, the AMCC-MCEO-GA are now able to
offer their new, online Up-Shift to EarthCync™ out- reach programs, in
a format more accessible to everyone! In respect to the AMCC-MCEO-GA
request of “Up- Shift to Online”, ARhAyas Productions has now moved into
this new virtual format in creation of the AMCC- MCEO-GA online Krystal River™ Bio-Spiritual Development Programs,

The
Keylontic™ Discourses for Daily Living- KDDL Course™ Series Live-stream
virtual workshop series will offer one 6+hour virtual live-stream
workshop, presented over a 3-day transmission period, once every 2-3
months, starting with our 1st “KDDL Course™-Element-1” Live-stream on 12/20-22/2014. Following
the 12/20-22/2014 broadcast of KDDL Course™-Element-1, there will be

Just
as in our traditional previous AMCC-MCEO-GA live-physical workshops
(1999-2014), each online live- stream broadcast of the new Keylontic™
Discourses for Daily Living- KDDL Course™ will involve “real-time live-
wave transmission” and “same-day data-stream-translation” from the
planetary Templar & Cathedral-1
Network; each live-stream broadcast will involve presentation of “same-day-translations”, as well as “live-wave
Cathedral-1 transmissions”.
The
“live-wave Templar/Cathedral transmissions”, which serve as carrier
wave to the “AMCC-MCEO-GA™ translations data streams”, carry the
strongest quantum of multidimensional frequencies, which “peak” at
“first release of the wave” from the Cathedral/Templar. Historically,
our physical workshops were scheduled around these “first-release

Integral Realities AIMES Course™ Series Download & DVD home-study
course series (also referred to as “The Cathedrals Course™” series) is a

Thing, AMCC-MCEO-GA Officially Invoke the “AMCC-MCEO-GA Translations
Protectorate Act™” 2012-2014+
AMCC-MCEO-GA™ Translations Protectorate Protocol & Discovery.
Because
it has recently come to the AMCC-MCEO-GA attention, that many people
may not yet understand the “reasons & realities” of “why I
initiated, and continue with, litigation” regarding the MCEO Freedom
Teachings™, the AMCC-MCEO-GA have requested that I share the following
information with you, and so I shall honor their request, as they have
explained it is information they feel that some of you “need to know” to
clarify your understanding.
For many of us interested in the AMCC-MCEO-GA™ translations, it has been a very “bumpy ride” since May 28,
2012,
when the AMCC-MCEO-GA informed me that they had permanently suspended
the 2 MCEO-Spiritual Mentorship Contracts. The AMCC-MCEO-GA explained
that their consensus decision regarding permanent suspension status of
the Mentorship Contracts was made, in their opinion, in order to protect
the integrity of the AMCC-MCEO-GA™ Translations, including the MECO
Freedom Teachings™, and for various other related reasons.
Following
the 5/28/2012 AMCC-MCEO-GA Mentorship Contracts suspension, the
AMCC-MCEO-GA requested that I immediately engage litigation to “recover
protectorate of the AMCC-MCEO-GA Freedom Teachings™ Intellectual
Property”. The AMCC-MCEO-GA explained that “just as verbatim translation
of the AMCC-MCEO-GA works, CDT-Plate and KA-Crystal Disc records is
entrusted to the one carrying the Speaker-1 appointment only,
so too
is protecting the integrity of these verbatim AMCC-MCEO-GA™
Translations, once they have been committed to external expression”.
In
the Guardians’ appointing me as their AMCC-MCEO-GA Speaker-1 I was
entrusted by them to translate their sacred information verbatim, and
the protectorate of that information once externally expressed, was also
entrusted, and obliged, to me. (note: The Speaker-1 Contract is an AMCC-MCEO-GA “consensus appointment”, not a “Spiritual Mentorship” contract.) I had understood these responsibilities of “protectorate” when I accepted the AMCC-MCEO-GA Speaker-1 appointment (& it’s inherent Speaker-1 only “verbatim translations & official AMCC-MCEO- GA publishing contract endorsement”) at
age 33, in 1997. In 2000, I had clearly explained to those involved
that the AMCC-MCEO-GA stated protocol is that all copyrights and
trademarks associated with my AMCC-MCEO-GA™ Translations works were to
remain, at all times, legally in my sole ownership and name, as this was
required AMCC-MCEO-GA “Translations Protectorate Protocol” in my
Speaker-1 Contract.
Even in 6/2012, as I initiated litigation at the
AMCC-MCEO-GA request, this “Translations Protectorate Protocol”, and
corresponding “AMCC-MCEO-GA-required copyright & trademark ownership
always be kept in my name/ownership”, is what I had THOUGHT had been
occurring since 1998-2000 regarding my Freedom Teachings™ Translations.
So when in early June 2012 the AMCC-MCEO-GA requested that I
immediately engage litigation to “recover protectorate of the
AMCC-MCEO-GA Freedom Teachings™ Intellectual Property”, at first I
did not understand. I had not realized that (in my opinion) “things had been orchestrated around me by various
others”
in a way that had compromised my legal ability to provide protectorate
to the AMCC-MCEO-GA™ Translations, and in a way that was allowing for
progressive, potentially damaging distortions to be enveloped within the
“cloak” of the MCEO Freedom Teachings™ “brand” .
The legal “Discovery Period” (7/2012-early 2014) that ensued once I began litigation, (at the AMCC-MCEO-GA request, following the 5/28/2014 “Mentorship Contract suspensions”), was
very revealing. It became quite apparent that (in my opinion) I had
been badly misled, directly lied to by various people and strategically
manipulated in terms of IP ownership (and other things) over a long
period of time. Resultantly, my rightful legal ownership to my own
Intellectual Property (Freedom Teachings™, Keylontic™ Science, Kathara™,
Amenti™, etc.), and thus my ability to fulfill my “Speaker-1
Translations Protectorate Protocol obligations” had been undermined.
And worse, (in my opinion) it became apparent during “Discovery” that
various distortions, unauthorized edits, misappropriation of authorship
and artist credits and sometimes “inclusion of false,
AMCC-MCEO-GA-directly- rejected materials” (such as the “Krystal Spiral Module”, for example) had
“somehow found their way” into the products being sold “as my
AMCC-MCEO-GA Freedom Teachings™.” Whomever orchestrated these
activities did so without my knowledge, consent or permission, and in
direct opposition to the stated AMCC-MCEO-GA Translation Protectorate
Protocols. As it turns out, “I was the last to know”.
Discovery….indeed…
The AMCC-MCEO-GA explained in early 2014 that they
were quite aware that these things had been progressing “behind my
back”, and that they were required to allow this to temporarily “run
uninterrupted” until a specific set of planetary Templar events
occurred….activation of the Krystal River™ Host Fail-Safe. They
explained that as the Krystal River™ Host Fail-Safe engagement
approached they would “arrange for me to be moved into protectorate”,
following which they would then “set about cleaning up the IP+ mess” as
best they could, and next finally begin “setting the records straight”.
The AMCC-MCEO-GA said they knew by 2007 that
the Fail-Safe would likely “trigger”, but they did not release this information on-planet due to Security Protocols,
not
even to me. (This time period would have been much less traumatic for
me personally if the AMCC-MCEO- GA could have informed me of their plan,
but I do understand and respect their Security Protocols requirements,
and that this is why my AMCC-MCEO-GA Speaker-1 Contract has always been
on a “need to know” basis.) In
early 2010 they requested that we move from the “Watchtower FL site” to Sarasota, FL, which we did in 3-
4/2010.
The AMCC-MCEO-GA guided us to a Sarasota location for us to privately
purchase; they were positioning us on what they later revealed in
10/2012-Peru, were the “Fail-Safe Cathedral Complex-1 grids”.
“Cleaning up the IP mess Litigation Begins 6/2012”
In 10/2010 the AMCC-MCEO-GA assisted me to personally relocate into a “protectorate site” (still within the
Cathedral-1 grid zone), and in 2011 the Fail-Safe fully triggered, initiating 1st activation of the Fail-Safe Cathedral-
1
Complex grids in 8/2011. After the AMCC-MCEO-GA issued private warning
and offered resolution options, regarding the pending permanent
suspension status of the 2 Spiritual Mentorship contracts, on 5/28/2012
the AMCC-MCEO-GA issued their “Mentorship Contracts permanent
suspension” consensus decision. Following this event, the AMCC-MCEO-GA
next issued their “initiate litigation request” to me, so the (rather
harrowing…) process of “cleaning up the IP+/corporate/divorce mess”
could begin. Resolution needed to be achieved in this “IP+ clean-up”
area before the AMCC-MCEO-GA could engage their next task of “setting
the records straight”.
For the past 2 years-7 months I have followed
the requests of the AMCC-MCEO-GA to “STAND, Hold-Krystal River™-Ground,
Keep On Telling the Truth as I have always done, persevere and continue
onward with the litigation” to reclaim the “sacred Intellectual Property
of the AMCC-MCEO-GA™ Translations that was entrusted to my Speaker-1
protectorate” (and which I solely translated from AMCC-MCEO-GA transmissions, and thus solely authored.).
In following the AMCC-MCEO-GA’s request, and thanks to the efforts of
the legal team to whom I was guided (required 3 attorneys; 1 divorce, 1
corporate & 1 intellectual property), and the AMCC-MCEO-GA
“White-Blue Shield” dedicated support team, slowly, but progressively,
many moments of “Happy Progress” have unfolded, for which I am deeply
grateful.
“IP Victory” Round One 6/2014- A Big Happy Thing.
Happy
Progress-1: As I have shared with you previously, in June 2014 an
Intellectual Property Settlement Agreement was reached and signed with
my 2 former associates, which stated that ALL Intellectual Property, all
DVD and workshop masters, all trademarks & copyrights, the Azurite
Press website and all social media accounts (as well as the Cathedral-1
Complex grids property I had fled in 10/2010) were to be immediately
returned to my ownership, in exchange for my divorce settlement payment
of $250,000. This Intellectual Property Settlement Agreement became a
Court Order*, along with my divorce, on June 26, 2014, and I immediately
remitted my settlement payment in full (for which I had to take out a
long-term loan). (*Please note: For transparency and archival purposes,
since July 2014 these public record Court Documents can be found in
their entirety on the azuritepress.net website.). This was “huge happy
progress” for me and the AMCC-MCEO-GA, as it placed the AMCC-MCEO-GA
Freedom Teachings™ and all of my AMCC-MCEO-GA™ Translations IP back in
my legal ownership (where it should have been all along), under a Court
Order, allowing me to begin fulfillment of my Speaker-1 Translations
Protectorate Protocol obligations with the AMCC-MCEO-GA.
Once again, a huge Thank You! … to the Legal Team representing me in these matters, to the AMCC-MCEO-GA
for guiding me to them, and to the White-Blue Shield for your support and encouragement!
Krystalbridge™ Mid-way Station Site Reclamation, Restoration & Happy-Event Activation 2014.
Happy
Progress-2: As per the Court Order Settlement Agreement, on August
30-31, 2014 the former resident vacated the premises and I acquired
possession of the property, which I had left in 10/2010, but continued
to solely pay the mortgage on from 2012-2014 so as not to lose the
property. This is another “huge happy progress” for the AMCC-MCEO-GA (as
well as for me)! In early 2010 the AMCC-MCEO-GA had guided us to this
property and requested that we purchase it; they said it was an
important planetary Templar “grid-protectorate site” that linked
directly to certain major sacred-site grids that would activate in the
future, and that it was my AMCC-MCEO-GA Speaker-1 “Grid-Stewardship
Protectorate Contract” to be in Stewardship to these grids. We purchased
the property in March 2010; by October 2010 I’d had to personally leave
residence there (with
AMCC-MCEO-GA approval and assistance).
As
the litigation unfolded in 2012, the AMCC-MCEO-GA requested that I make
every effort to regain sole ownership of the property, so that it could
be returned to proper AMCC-MCEO-GA protectorate in time for its
scheduled “grid-activation cycle” in December 2014. Prospects of me
regaining ownership of the property seemed quite slim initially, but to
my relief and amazement, it was returned to my ownership via the Court
Order Settlement Agreement, Quit Claim Deed and my corresponding payment
of $250,000. The property and “grids” were (in my opinion) in
near-derelict condition when I acquired possession of it on August 31,
2014, but
3 months of AMCC-MCEO-GA requested “major grid & 3-D restorations” (and many working “all-nighters”) have
beautifully
restored the grids and the property to “Up-shift frequency running
capacity” just in time for its foretold December 2014 activation cycle.
Sometimes I am totally amazed at how the AMCC-MCEO-GA orchestrate
“timing synchronicities”, even amidst the most harrowing of
circumstances!
The AMMC-MCEO-GA have now revealed that this
“grid-protectorate site”, like numerous others, links directly into the
Cathedral-1 Temple-1 Complex in Sarasota, FL, and is referred to as a
“Krystalbridge™ Mid-way Station Link Site”. Such sites have “special
frequency blending properties”, and they connect directly into the
“KrystalbridgeWay™ Network” of the Cathedrals, which the AMCC-MCEO-GA
are just beginning to teach us about. (re: will be introduced in the new
live-stream Keylontic Discourses for Daily Living-KDDL Course™).
Though
I will continue to reside where I have been since 10/2010, the
AMCC-MCEO-GA will be moving my daily “translations activities” to the
Krystalbridge™ Mid-way Link Site, and it will feature in various ways in
our new online Krystal River™ Bio-Spiritual Development Programs and
live-stream courses, due to the site’s newly activating ability to
transmit the specialized KrystalbridgeWay™ Network Integral Bridge™
frequency spectra. AMCC-MCEO-GA entrusted family members reside at the
site serving as full-time onsite Grid Custodians within my AMCC-MCEO-GA
appointed Grid-Stewardship Protectorate Contract. Reclamation,
Restoration and Activation of this Krystalbridge™ Mid-way Station Link
Site is a “Huge Happy Gift” for everyone desiring to more fully engage
the Krystal River™ EarthCync™ Integral Bridge™ frequencies.
This
property exists within an enforced deed-restricted, private residential
community, and thus cannot be used for public physical access purposes;
however, the frequencies that it will now begin broadcasting will
“awaken the global KrystalbridgeWay™ Network”, allowing frequency access
to anyone and everyone on Earth. The “online live-stream medium” and
“onsite pre-recorded programs” of the new AMCC-MCEO-GA online courses
are very useful ways to share and amplify the Krystalbridge™
frequencies, but are not required for
access to these frequencies
because the Krystalbridge™ frequencies will become progressively
available to the entire planet starting with the 12/20/14 activation of
the planetary KrystalbridgeWay™ Network. I am very grateful to the
AMCC-MCEO-GA, and to all of the people who have helped to make this site
reclamation/restoration possible, and feel great excitement at the
approaching 12/20-22/2014 1st Activation of
this
Krystalbridge™ Mid-way Station Link Site and corresponding planetary

“Cleaning up the IP mess Litigation continues” 7-8/2014- (2 new lawsuits, 1 Federal)
Regarding
the MCEO Freedom Teachings™, Keylontic™ Science, Kathara™, Amenti™ and
all other related AMCC-MCEO-GA™ Translations Foundational Programs IP,
one would think, that with the 6/26/2014 Court Order Intellectual
Property Settlement Agreement achieved, that the “whole ugly mess” would
be over, and all parties could “get on with their lives”. (And the
AMCC-MCEO-GA and I could “get on with setting the records straight &
undoing the damage and distortion done” regarding the “mess” that was
made of my MCEO Freedom Teachings™ Translations). But unfortunately, my
former associates chose not to fulfill their end of the Intellectual
Property Settlement Agreement Court Order of 6/26/2014.
Immediately
following, and going against the terms of, the Court Order Intellectual
Property Settlement Agreement, first the Azurite Press website (a
corporate asset assigned to me) was hidden under a 3rd party
name, then further hidden using the “Domains by Proxy” service. Next
the Azurite Press website was shut down, instead of it being transferred
to me as a functioning live-running asset as per the settlement terms.
Then the Keylontic Science yahoo e-group social media account (also a
corporate asset social media account), with its archives pertaining to
my AMCC-MCEO-GA™ Translations, was “name-changed” and, to my current
knowledge, continues to run under the “new name”, instead of being
transferred to me as per the Court Order. And the digital and DVD
masters for my over 89+ Freedom Teachings™ sequential workshops and
related products were also not turned over to me as required by the
Court Order; instead (in my opinion and observation) I was sent numerous
random boxes full of old, incomplete DVD products (copies of copies,
incomplete sets etc.) being “passed off as masters”, and I received none
of the many external hard-drive archive masters, or the original
1st-run pre-edit live-recording masters.
In
response to these (in my opinion) acts of blatant disregard for the
Court Order, and for the terms of the Intellectual Property Settlement
Agreement that both of my former associates had agreed to and signed,
the AMCC-MCEO-GA requested that I continue litigation, which I, E’Asha
(AKA “D. K. Deane plaintiff) have done in filing the 2 new (public
record) lawsuits summarized below against those named in these public
record legal documents.

outlined below represents factual data that can be found in the
corresponding Public Record Legal Documents. For transparency and
archival purposes, since December 14,
2014 these public record Court

notes have been added here for clarity regarding my understanding of
the currently known status of proceedings in these lawsuits as of this
date 12/18/2014, and thus represent only my opinion.)
First Lawsuit: (“contempt documents” file, azuritepress.net)
On
July 9, 2014 – July 15, 2014 “Wife’s Motion/Former Wife’s Amended
Motion for Contempt” was filed against Michael C. Deane and Mary Ann
Callaway. –contempt of the terms of the 6/26/14 Court Order.
Current
status: After first hearing, the case was continued on issue of “remedy”
and is currently pending until a requested deposition can be obtained
from MCD; I have received a legal document that shows MCD has filed for
“protection” from having to take our requested deposition (which may
require his temporary return to the USA). We are currently awaiting a
decision from the Judge regarding our MCD deposition request.
Second Lawsuit: Federal: (“Federal lawsuit documents” file, azuritepress.net)
On
August 28, 2014 Federal Lawsuit Middle District of Florida, Tampa-
lawsuit was filed against Michael C. Deane, Mary Ann Callaway, Adashi
MCEO, LLC (owned exclusively by Michael C. Deane), Azurite Press (of the
Melchizedek Cloister, Emerald Order ) Inc. (“AP”) (owned exclusively by
Michael C. Deane), Tammy Hollenbaugh and “John Doe” –
Nature of
Action (document verbatim excerpt): “This is an action for breach of
contract, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing,
tortious interference, cybersquatting, civil conspiracy and for unfair
competition under Florida’s Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act.”
Current
status: Mary Ann Callaway and Tammy Marie Hollenbaugh have been
“served”, and have secured legal counsel. I have received information
that Michael C. Deane is aware of the Federal lawsuit and has obtained
legal
counsel. I have been informed that MCD is believed to be in the UK, (in
my opinion) evading service of the Federal Lawsuit papers, while
petitioning for “protection” from the deposition we have requested in
the aforementioned Contempt case. The Federal case is currently pending
awaiting MCD service.

Progress-3: As my legal team and I were engaging the Federal Lawsuit I
was initiating, my IP attorney also sent a letter, with attachment of
the 6/26/14 Court Order-IP Settlement Agreement, to the legal department
of the organization that was hosting the azuritepress.com (corporate)
website. After reviewing this letter, the “GoDaddy Legal Department”
chose to honor the Court Order, and removed ownership of the
azuritepress.com website from Tammy Hollenbaugh (cloaked under the
Domains by Proxy service), and legally transferred ownership to me.
Thank you GoDaddy! Your respect for the Court Order is greatly
appreciated!
(Please note: The continued inclusion of Tammy Marie
Hollenbaugh in the Federal Lawsuit remains, even though the GoDaddy
organization honored the Court Order and removed Domains By Proxy
“cloaked ownership” from T. H., and returned ownership of the
azuritepress.com website corporate asset to me, as there are other
matters involving this individual, pertaining to this lawsuit, that have
not yet been resolved.)
I am very grateful to my IP attorney and to
GoDaddy that the azuritepress.com website has been returned to
AMCC-MCEO-GA Protectorate, via my restored Speaker-1 ownership, through
which the AMCC-MCEO-GA Translations Protectorate Protocols will be honored.
I and ARhAyas Productions have not yet reactivated the azuritepress.com
website that others shut down, to restore it to being “The Official
Place and only online venue” (corporate website and singular online sales point) at which to
find availability of my MCEO Freedom Teachings™ and products,” (which
is what the azuritepress.com website once was). Currently we are unable
to restore the azuritepress.com website to its former functions. We are
unable to do so because the masters for the Freedom Teachings™ complete
chronological-sequential digital downloads & DVD product line (held
sequentially in external hard drive archive files), and the original 1st-run
pre-edit chronological-sequential workshop live-recording camera
masters that we are intending to make available once again on this
website have not yet been returned, hence we cannot at this time
reactive the site’s previous download or DVD product list, or make
original pre-edit recordings publically available. We apologize for any
inconvenience this
situation may cause to those seeking accessibility
to my MCEO Freedom Teachings™ product line; we are hopeful that closure
of the Federal lawsuit I initiated will restore our ability to return
provision of MCEO Freedom Teachings™ accessibility to you.
It is our
intention and hope, that once the current litigation issues have been
resolved to closure, I and the AMCC-MCEO-GA will be able to reactivate
the azuritepress.com website to be once again “The Official Place” where
my MCEO Freedom Teachings™ and corresponding product line are again
easily available to the public.

Final note on IP:
Both
the AMCC-MCEO-GA and myself hope you understand that issues of
AMCC-MCEO-GA Contracts status, protection of the verbatim integrity of
all AMCC-MCEO-GA™ Translations, and thus matters of contemporary
corresponding Intellectual Property are not “my personal issues”, they
are issues involving the “Evolutionary Heritage of Freedom and Eternal
Right of Free Will Choice”, that also happen to affect me personally
and deeply, due to responsibilities inherent to my AMCC-MCEO-GA

The AMCC-MCEO-GA are currently
transmitting to me for translation an Official Statement Document from
the AMCC-MCEO-GA Effiphim Security Councils titled “The AMCC-MCEO-GA
Krystal River Translations Protectorate Act™”. This is a very long and
in-depth document with many sections, I do not know how long
translations will take to complete it, nor when the AMCC-MCEO-GA intend
for its release in publication. They have given me permission to
announce that in April 2012 the AMCC-MCEO-GA Councils invoked permanent
activation of their AMCC-MCEO-GA Krystal River Translations Protectorate
Act™, in regard to all contemporary AMCC-MCEO-GA™ Translations. They

from this verbatim translation document, in order to facilitate your
understanding.

The
Krystal River Translations Protectorate Act™ of the AMCC-MCEO-GA is a
set of ancient, detailed ethical bylaws, protectorate protocols and
covenants and intervention strategies agreed to and upheld by all AMCC-
MCEO-GA member Councils, everywhere, pertaining to the maintenance,
preservation and (when required) defense of the organic integrity of
their authorized verbatim AMCC-MCEO-GA™ Translations, and to the
protectorate of the Eternal Sacred Records and their appointed Speaker-1
verbatim translators. The Translations Protectorate Protocols inherent
to the AMCC-MCEO-GA Krystal River Translations Protectorate Act™ are
adapted to the current “social structures and laws” prevalent in each
“space-time” location within which the AMCC-
MCEO-GA authorizes translation and publication of the Cloister-Dora-Teura (CDT) Plates, KU’mA-yah Alhumbhra
Crystal Discs, and other Sacred Records.
The
purpose of the Krystal River Translations Protectorate Act™ and its
inherent Translations Protectorate Protocols is to ensure that the
organic verbatim integrity of the “Sacred Eternal Records” translations
remains as clear and unadulterated as possible, so that this
information, in its purest form, remains available to the evolving
consciousness within the life-field in which the translations are
permitted. The Sacred Eternal Records and Teachings of which the
AMCC-MCEO-GA are in perpetual protectorate are teachings of truth and
freedom that are intended to assist the re-evolution of consciousness to
its Eternal Divine nature and ultimate freedom of co-creative

Protecting

in good measure with the same degree of joy amplified by Infinitum” now
that
the Krystal River™ Host Fail-Safe is enacted. In my opinion,
it will be fascinating to discover, observe and experience what these
AMCC-MCEO-GA statements might “look like in 3-D real time”. Personally,
I’m “staying tuned in” to find out!
Through the “trials and testings”
inherent to “life on Earth”, I have learned many new skills and
wonderful things, for which I am deeply grateful. A few of the more
important things I have re-learned in the process are that “It might not
be easy, but it’s worth it”, “It’s all good, even when it’s not, as you
can choose to view any experience as an opportunity for higher
learning”, and “Miracles DO HAPPEN, every day, and to let them unfold,
just get out of the way!” And most importantly to me, “If you STAND in
